Via MyCujoo: Amsterdam, Netherlands (27 August 2019) - It has been nothing but growth for MyCujoo in the US market ever since the soccer streaming platform signed its first agreement in the early months of 2018. Less than two years later, MyCujoo is arguably the largest streaming technology partner of US soccer, and continues to prove its status by securing this agreement with the newly-formed National Independent Soccer Association (NISA).
NISA will kick off on the pitch on the 31st of August with a doubleheader between Detroit City FC and Philadelphia Fury at 7.30 pm ET, followed by a Californian clash between Oakland Roots and the California United Strikers FC at 10.00pm ET, both to be streamed live on MyCujoo.
“We are so proud that NISA has chosen MyCujoo as its streaming partner,” said Pedro Presa, CEO, and co-founder of MyCujoo. “NISA is a fascinating project in the U.S. professional soccer landscape, and we are all-in to help its leaders, clubs, and fans, to make it a resounding success. NISA can count on MyCujoo’s support, as we believe in their vision and will do everything we can to help them achieve their goals”.
John Prutch, Commissioner of the NISA, added: "We are proud to team up with MyCujoo, a proven platform and fantastic media partner, to provide live streaming for our clubs and clubs' fan bases. Allowing all of the action to be broadcast live in our inaugural season was important to our members and is realized in this partnership," - John Prutch, Commissioner, NISA.
This agreement follows several important successes for MyCujoo - an agreement with the Brazilian national federation CBF, several deals in the USA market and unbridled expansion all across the globe. 2019 is proving to be a year of exceptional growth for MyCujoo as it continues to expand its unparalleled global football content portfolio.

About MyCujoo
Launched in 2014, MyCujoo completely subverts the traditional sports broadcasting model by providing free broadcast technology to rights-holders and free content to viewers. Pursuing this unique model, the platform is on track to become the world’s biggest community of football fans, players, clubs, and federations. By allowing players at every level of the game to ‘claim’ and share footage of themselves, as well as share their profiles with friends, families and fans, MyCujoo aims to create a huge network of closely-bonded football fans and participants.
MyCujoo’s technology allows live streams to be broadcast from a device as simple as a mobile phone to multiple media including MyCujoo’s platform; a user app for Android and iOS; and embedded streams on rights-holder and third-party platforms.
MyCujoo technology is available at no cost to rights-holders and the content it enables is also free to viewers, removing almost all of the barriers to football clubs who want to share their content, as well as to fans who want to consume it. With partners in more than 150 countries across six continents, MyCujoo is the world’s leading football streaming service and is empowering federations, leagues and clubs to live-stream their competitions and matches, as well as enabling the creation of sports communities at a national, regional and hyper-local level.
MyCujoo provides opportunities for the distribution, monetisation, and commercialisation of rights-holders own data and content, and offers the sports world a chance to be valued and appreciated, anywhere and by anyone.Contact:media@mycujoo.tv
