PHOENIX (January 6, 2022) – Valley United FC, one of the National Independent Soccer Association’s (NISA) four new clubs for 2022, has released its new shield and brand enhancement. The club branding has an updated look and feel with a modern, Arizona-inspired club shield designed to represent the Valley of the Sun.
“We want to make a statement on and off the pitch,” says Club President Troy Pearce. “This new shield depicts our home, our community: Arizona. This will be the shield that represents our club and our community for years to come in the soccer world.”
The new shield was designed by marketing professional Nicole Campbell and will serve as the club’s new identity. Entering its first season of professional soccer in NISA, the club started in 2020 as Atletico Olympians FC joining UPSL’s Southwest Conference, Arizona Division.
“We applaud Valley United on their redesign” says NISA EVP Josh Prutch. “It is bold and reflects club and community very well. We can’t wait to see it on the pitch.”
