The New York Cosmos and Stumptown AC have opted to sit out the 2022 NISA season.
“Every Member Club has worked very hard to persevere through a very trying time, including playing the past two years during a pandemic,” says Commissioner Prutch. “We are on a mission to create a viable soccer environment based on merit, not on dollars. That requires sacrifice and time. And our 2022 season will be an amazing demonstration of our collective resolve.”
The season runs through October 15 with a six-Club playoff starting October 22 with round one, semi-finals on October 29, and a final on November 5.
