Jackson, TN (September 19, 2025) – The National Independent Soccer Association (NISA) announces Jackson Boom as the league's ninth club to participate in the 2025 NISA Pro Cup in October.
The Jackson Boom was founded in 2022 and has quickly established itself as one of Tennessee's fastest-growing soccer organizations. The club has competed in The Soccer Tournament (TST), the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), and hosted an international friendly against Chivas de Guadalajara of Liga MX. Additionally, it has built a thriving youth soccer system through the Jackson Boom Academy. The Boom also added a Women's Premier Soccer League team, the Jackson Ignite, to its ranks. The women's team made its debut this summer in the WPSL as the club continues to grow its presence and establish a world-class soccer program in West Tennessee.
"Jackson Boom was built on the idea that West Tennessee deserves a place on the national and international soccer stage. Competing in the 2025 NISA Pro Cup is both a reward for our hard work and a stepping stone toward our long-term vision of professional soccer in Jackson," said Cesar Quispe, President of Jackson Boom."
The club also recently announced the appointment of former River Plate player Daniel Ferreyra as Head Coach of the Jackson Boom. The NISA Pro Cup will provide Jackson Boom the opportunity to showcase its talent and ambitions, competing alongside some of the nation's top independent clubs while representing the spirit of Jackson and West Tennessee. NISA will announce more participating clubs for the 2025 NISA Pro Cup in the coming days and weeks.
